Whole coffee is made from the whole fruit of the coffee tree and not just the seed. The fruit is picked by hand at maturity when it is very red and it is rich in s beneficial substances to health.
To get more benefice from the energizing properties of coffee with the presence of caffeine dosed in a balanced way and better metabolized by the body.
The production of whole-grain coffee is entirely artisanal and contributes to improving the quality of life of coffee producers.
The use of the whole fruit allows a reduction in waste and therefore the reduction of greenhouse gases.
